How to increase UI font size in AE 2025?

I've found a number of tutorials on this subject, but they all reference earlier versions of AE and don't apply to the current one.  In particular, they end up modifying the AdobeCleanFontSize property which I'm unable to find in AE 2025.  I'd also like to increase the size of the UI icons.  Any tips greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, this feature is not available in After Effects. As a workaround, try changing the resolution of your monitor. Feel free to add your vote to this feature request: https://adobe.ly/4o4vNPe

Do you honestly believe this is an acceptable answer? So I have a ultra-wide 5120 x 1440 Dell monitor, and you’re saying my best option is to cut my available screen real estate by 25%, just to adjust for Adobe screwing us over again? I get that you’re trying to help, but just say Adobe shafted us again and there is no practical solution

Look, they've also removed H.264, added multiframe rendering then removed it fir 5 years, and decided adding a 3D engine was more important than accepting EXR's from 3D engines. They also released popups, where the only way to close them was to accept a new TOS, and replaced the export GUI with a new page that hid the most common features behind nested drop-downs. To call their decisions arbitrary and capricious would be an understatement.

Last i tested, AE is 22% slower than CS6 version from 2012. If you're here for responsible or reasonable software development, you're in the wrong place. If bad UI is working as intended, they'll just mark their own answers as right and move on.
