How to keep Premiere's in's and out's of clips when working between Premiere and After Effects

I have a pretty big amount of footage that I want to sort through into bins and also add in's and out's to by using premiere. I then want to import the sorted footage into an after effects file (or files) which is where I plan to make an animated film out of the footage. Is it possible for me to somehow preserve the in's and out's that I specified in my project in premiere? I've looked a bit at dynamic link and also just importing the premiere file into my after effects project however neither have seemed to work (or maybe I'm just a newbie lol).

I'm also wondering if there's a better workflow to do this with? I've never worked with after effects before and so am not sure if I came up with the best system. Please feel free to recommend if you have a better way of doing all this.
