How to maintain the speed of the "Middle" part of any comp? (I used In Out technique)

Please help me to maintain the middle part of the comp, when I increase the duration, it slows down the middle part. any Idea?

Copy the keyframe you want to keep in the middle, then move the playhead forward as long as you need to keep the speed for example one, two or three seconds later and paste it there. That way the same speed will be maintained for that duration. I hope this is what you need, at least it is what I understand.

It looks like you have locked time-region. You must remove the protected region markers befor doing any time changes. This is why your speed changes only affect the middle part.
