How to make Effectbox bigger?

hi, i just exchanged a logo in a After Effects project and made it much bigger but now it is cut and i see a BOX which contains the logo, the box is smaller than the scaled logo, is there a way to make this Box bigger?

We need to see the timeline with the modified properties of the problem layer showing. Select the layer, press uu, take a screenshot and then drag it from the finder/explorer window to the forum or copy and paste the file. The Drag and Drop here area is a pain for users to click and download the links, so avoid using that to share images.

I am guessing that you either have an effect applied to the layer that will not extend beyond the layer bounds or that the layer is in a nested comp (pre-comp), and you have scaled the layer instead of scaling the pre-comp.
