How to make the audio spectrum react to solo in a music only?

I'm using Adobe After Effects adobe audio spectrum but sometimes I want only to visualize a solo symphony only not all the track or modify its length. The audio spectrum doesn't reveal the solo frequencies or they are not visually clear like I hear them in my ears, is there any expression I can use to sync solo with that integrated adobe plugin?
And sometimes Start-End Frequencies confuses me also.

Nothing to do with AE at all. You need to create a separate audio file that filters out all unwanted sounds and use that to generate your spectrum.
