How to make this frame effect ?

Hey, I’m trying to figure out how to make this frame effect. I know how to do the coloring and glow, but the problem is I can’t figure out how to create these kinds of pixelated edge particles. I can't even find an effect that could do it. If you have any ideas, I’d be grateful!

Immediate thought was the Find Edges effect. That will get you the outlines, but then you’ll need to layer effects like Tint (for the colours), Mosaic (or another pixelation effect) and glow.

You could also try CreationEffects new tutorial on using the camera tracker and converting the tracking markers into particles.

Thank you for your help , the main issue is how to make the pixels on the edges …. look what i’ve done with find edges , tint and deep glow ( and curve) . It’s almost good but i just need to figure out how to make those pixels around every edge

I think I’d experiment with a duplicate of what you have so far, then add vector blue (to create additional lines) and then a mosaic or pixelate effect to break those up a pixel look.
