How to mange text in After Effects cc 2018 like PS cc 2018?

As i said in the topic anyone has a solution?My laptop is dell XPS 15 9650 1920X1080 GTX1050

Sorry, it is totally unclear what you are asking.

First of all, do you mean "How do I manage text"?

Second of all, what does that mean?

You can design your text in Photoshop, then import it into After Effects, convert to editable text layers and edit them within AE.

But there are some differences between the text engines too. After Effects has a stroke setting that Photoshop does not. Photoshop has more rigorous settings from it's print design legacy.

If you explain exactly what you want to achieve, in detail, it will be much easier to help you.
