How to move an image inside a mask

I have this image of a prototype that I want to make it scroll but everytime I try to move it, the image comes along. Tried the Pan behind too, did the keyframes but it didn't work:

Create the mask on a solid above the image layer, assign it as a track matte and animate the layer#s position normally.
