How to open this quick "Find and Apply" FX menu to the any type of layer?

What hotkeys for reach it? Or plug-ins?

Hi there!

Welcome to the community! This plugin doesn't come with the default installation of After Effects. You can search "Fx Console by Videocopilot" for more details on this plugin. After installing the plugin, press Ctrl + Space to open the menu shown in the screenshot. Hope this helps!
