How to remove blurriness when I move shapes around

Hello I have a problem, basically when I move shapes or even text ( with the selection tool V ) they get blurry until I stop moving them and i dont know how to solve this problem, can someone help me out?

Update your graphics driver and checxk your relevant settings for hardware acceleration and adpative resolution on the comp viewer. sounds like you have soem serious configuration issues there and hardware-acceleration is non-existent.
