How to remove object from one layer?

Hi,

I have two layers. In top layer object have position animation where

it moves down and no longer visible. But object stays in second, bottom layer.

I tried rotobrush and content aware fill. But content aware fill shows

"frames are blank" message and doesn't remove object from this layer.

What I'm doing wrong?
