How to render a looping composition faster?

So I have a clip where a logo and some text fades in the first few seconds and then are standing still. A looping stockvideo of particles in the background. Animation happens only the first seconds, my whole lenght is about 10 minutes, just the still standing thext & logo with the moving background.

I get pretty long render times for the whole thing, even it is jsut the same 24 seconds looping over again, and was thinking there might be some way of pre-rendering or something?
