I have a video file of a PNG sequences that was originally exported and THEN brought back into After Effects CS6. I have the Project Setting and Color Manager set to 8 bit and CIE RGB. But when I export it, the colors are washed out and sometimes dark when exported again. And here's the file that I'm working on with the CIE RGB selected.

Unless you are using actual color management, none of this matters and based on your description you are not using any CM anywhere. Just arbitrarily messing with these settings will of course not yield any satisfying results. Since there are no quick or simple explanations on CM, I can only advise to read up on this stuff. Otherwise simply reset everythzing to defaults wiuth no CM and eyeball it based on a reasonably adjusted monitor.

The color of my screen is sRGB IEC61966-2.1 and I never though it would ever had to become like this. I changed it to CIE RGB because I thought it would change to a similar color like that or I though I was using the wrong color. And when I render. And this is what it looks like when exported.  I have the original PNG Sequences exported as CIE RGB. Any tips, settings, and formats to have them exported as an embedded CIE RGB, or is it not possible?
