How to rotate mask , 1 pixel at a time, using keyboard ?

All the info says to "use the + - keys on the numeric key board, but when I do that, the entire mask moves up and right, or down and left.

I'd like to rotate the mask in a circular rotation using keyboard.

OMG! Just found it... LOL the easy ones are hard to find.

Just highlight the mask, double click on one of the mask points, and that square pops up around it...THEN.... use the numeric pad + - to rotate.
