Scale down the Comp Panel, the Axis Scale down too, ti's hard to select the axis and move it.

How to Scale up it ，when the Comp Panel scale down.

No. AE doesn't have any options to scale the gizmos.

    The Gizmo size is ridiculous when you're working with multiple 3D layers. They need to fix this or give us the option to scale the gizmo whenever we want.
