How to Set Group Properties Expanded by Default in PresetEffects.xml?

I am trying to create my own pseudo effect (through PresetEffects.xml). The group properties are collapsed by default (like the 'Point2' and 'Point3' groups shown in the image). Can I set it to expanded by default (like the 'Point1' group shown in the image)? Thank you.
