How to turn off Tip of the day

How do I turn off Tip of the day from showing on the composiiton panel? This is going to be destracting to viewers when I am screen recording tutorials. I already have Show Tool Tips turned off in my preferences.

Have you tried changing your workspace to something like "Standard?"
