I accidentally turned something on, dont know how to turn it off

Hello, I was working on a school project in aftereffects 2022 on windows and something happened that caused this(photo) to show up and was wondering what is this and how do i turn it off?

 

Sorry to ask such a simple question but I cant find an answer

Would you try to reset your preference setting if you do mind your setting back to default?
