i accidently deleted some of the built in presests that came with my after effects 2025, is there any way to get them back without deleting after effects?

What Mohammad.Harb suggested will work but it’s probably just about as much trouble and time as uninstalling and reinstalling your current version.

If you have a friend with AE they could just copy the preset files for you.

Install a previous version of AE, copy the presets from the previous version to the new one folder.  

Do you have it installed on another computer?
