I am running CC2018 on Mac ElCapitan 10.11.6

I am running CC2018 on Mac ElCapitan 10.11.6 and cannot find a link to nor the method to install an older version of After Effects. The Adobe Support line was most unhelpful and recommended that I try here for a link to the required App.

Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

Correct answer Rick Gerard

Anything earlier than 17, CC 2020, will not run reliably on Big Sur. The only versions available now on Creative Cloud are found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-availability.html?product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=5.4.1.534&mv=product&mv2=accc#

It's unfortunate, but that is the way it is. I also have an older Mac with earlier versions of AE, but 2018 is the best running of them all. 2021 will not run at all on my older Mac.

Unfortunately, Adobe only provides installers for its current apps and the previous major version of each.
