Is After Effects and Premier Pro incompatible if the weather is bad or the internet is unstable? Or is rendering not working well in After Effects?

After Effects didn't track the camera well, so Premier Pro re-calibrated it, brought the corrected image to After Effects with Dynamic Link, and hung the camera tracking... The rain stopped and other workers' computers turned off, so it became rendering.

If the internet is unstable, will Adobe programs become unstable?
I wonder if it's just me.

The weather won't affect AE directly, but something that can seem as temperamental as the weather will be your graphics card.  Try rendering with software only, and in Project settings, set that to Software Only too.  If you see an improvement in stability, then updating your graphics drivers might allow you to start using them.

If other worker computers turned off and that improved the situation, are you using network assets?  Maybe try using your local drives only.

If the internet is unstable, do you have the Libraries panel open?  That uses an internet link.  Also, your browser might be trying to use your graphics card too, so it could be competing with AE.

You have not provided any useful info about your technical stuff, so we cannot tell you anything. You need to be much more specific.
