Question

I can't adjust opacity of native 3D mash (advanced render)

Hello all,

This is a very trivial problem, but… how can I adjust the opacity of a 3D (native cube) mesh?
I am using the advanced render engine, and the opacity control does nothing: either is fully opaque or is fully transparent.

Thanks

    That's strange!

I can control the opacity of the native 3D mesh with the layer property just like any other layer. Are you on Mac or Windows? What exact version of After Effects are you using? Can you try running After Effects in Safe Mode? If that doesn't help, please share a screen recording of the issue.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks,
    Nishu
