I can't manipulate any multimedia file

Hi! I have an issue on my After Effects. I can't manipulate any multimedia file... I can't duplicate, I can't use shortcuts, I can't see the History Panel, etc when I have the multimedia layer selected. I can do it with a Solid Color layer, for example, but with any footage I can't do it. And this happen to every multimedia file, like a video or like an image. If somebody can help me I appreciate.

I have After Effects 2020.
And my computer's specs are the next (I attached the image with the specs)

I attached also the proofs of my problem (First my pc specs, second the history prove and last the video prove, first with the solid color layer and then with the image)
