i can't open ae pr v22.4 anymore, v22.3 is fine

Hi Braimbo,

 

Sorry for the crash.

Are there any third-party plug-ins installed? Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore and remove all the files and folders (except dummy.txt) temporarily and try to launch the app.

Let us know if it brings any change.

Hi,I removed all the files,and The AE sitll Prompt unknow error ，but  not crash anymore，I can use it。Pr sitll Prompt Prompt unknow error，and still crash。
