I can't open After Effect 2020

I use mac pro 15 (2015), download AE from Creative Cloud . I don't know why I can't open the program, Pr、Ps、Ai...I downlod at the same time that can work.Only AE can't be used .The same screen is displayed every time.  Can anyone tell me how to solve it?

I would try uninstalling AE and reinstalling it.

Sorry for the crash.

Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Also, do you see any crash report that you can share? It'll be helpful for us to find out what's causing the issue. In the meantime, please try resetting the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-p/10634342?page=1
