Question

I can't reach my video

Hello, my application was deleted. I had a video that I have been working on for 1 month. Since my application was deleted, I cannot access the video because I did not save it to the video. I searched a lot on YouTube and Google but I could not find anything. What should I do? I would be glad if you could help me.

Is there any chance the Adobe folder still exists in your My Documents area and that you used Adobe Media Encoder to render your video?

If so, then the render log may still exist and the last renders location will be there.

Mine is located at:

[MY DRIVE]\[MY USER FOLDER]\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\25.0\logs

In that log, at the bottom of the text, you should see something like:

04/03/2025 01:21:03 PM : Queue Started

 - Source File: [MY DRIVE]\[MY USER FOLDER]\[MY PROJECT]\[MY POJECT]_AME\[<MY PROJECT].aep
 - Output File: [MY DRIVE]\[MY USER FOLDER]\[MY PROJECT].mp4
 - Preset Used: Match Source - High bitrate
 - Video: Based on source, Software Encoding
 - Audio: AAC, 320 kbps, 48 kHz, Stereo
 - Bitrate: VBR, 1 pass, Target 10.00 Mbps, Max 12.00 Mbps
 - Encoding Time: 01:45:23

Do you mean you lost the project files or the video contents?
