I cannot visually see My audio waveform when using Audio Spectrum in preview

For whatever reason, I cannot see my wave spectrum when I use Audio Spectrum or Audio Waveform. I have tried everything I can think of. My previews are on, I have Quadruple checked that my sound is on everywhere, I have made sure that I can see my Audio waveform in the timeline to make sure that AE was picking up audio, and I have both Audio Spectrum and Waveform on. Neither are displaying anything *visually*.

Each is on the base settings I haven't changed them at all.
