i cant change the wipe center when using clock wipe/radial wipe

The property has an expression if there are red values in any animated property. Expressions can keep values from changing. You'll have to modify the expression or show us the timeline with the modified properties of the layers revealed. Do that by selecting the layers, pressing the 'u' key twice, and then copying and pasting or dragging the screenshot to the reply field on the forum so we can see it without downloading it.
