Thanks for writing in.

I can see the issue. Could you share the project file with us to test at our end? Feel free to DM me the download link if you don't want to share it publicly. Also, is there a specific reason why you're using the 2021 version? Give the 2024 version a try. You can install it separately. Keep in mind that if you remove the 2021 version, you won't get the option to download it again.

Yes, here it is:

I exported if before and everithing was ok, after on second five i did animation to go to my video.

I use element3d to animate 3d objects.

I dont want to update adobe after effects because 2021 version works pretty well.
