I cant see see the physical folder in element 3d thats meant to be there any help?

Element 3D is an Add-on from video copilot, it is not natively a part of After Effects. For help with add-ons you would have to go to the manufacturer site: www.videocopilot.net

Are you using Photoshop, Dimension, a Substance app, or ???

If you are using Photoshop, 3D has been removed. You need to install and use Photoshop version 22.2 (from February 2021).
