Without any info about your system, in particular your graphics card and what version of TAO you use we can't answer any of that. Either the options you look for have been moved to a different location, don't exist because you are using an older version or plain and simply do not work on your system because your graphics hardware doesn#t support them. TAO is full dependent on GPU acceleration, so even a minor issue can make it not work.
