Question

I have 100+ text layers. Each layer has: - Gradient Ramp - Turbulent Displace I want to remove ONLY Turbulent Displace from all layers at once. Is there a batch / script / shortcut way? Using: After Effects 2025 OS: Windows 11

    Hi @DMZ11,

Yup, you can do this pretty easily without having to write a script.

    1. With all of your layers deselected in the Timeline, search for “Turbulent Displace” in the Timeline Search Bar.
    2. Marquee select across your layers (you can’t hit Select All)
    3. Hit Delete

Check out the screen recording to see this in action.
