I forced the length of the layer, and there was a stripe on the bottom of the layer as shown in the picture.
Why is that...? Help me...!

This happens when you extend the initial starting point of the layer towards left to indicate what was the actual starting point of a layer created within After Effects.

What is going on with the layer? I assume Forced means you set an in-point. Are there effects applied? What is the layer source? Blue is the default Label color for shape layers.
