i have a new pc and when i try to run ae it opened but when i click new project it dos't work and give me this messsage my pc 5070 and core i5 14600 with 32gb ram

Crash reports for After Effects 2025 can be found here: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe\After Effects\25.0\SentryIO-db\reports. If you're using an older version, please share the exact version of the app. Please also share what type of source files and effects you're working with.
