I have new MSI laptop with good specs. Just subscribe adobe creative cloud. 4 softwares I mostly use are Ps, Ai, Ae, and Pr. There is no problem with Ps and Ai, but Ae keep freeze, and Pr, what the heck is this.

Sorry to hear about the issue. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM)? Since you're using a new machine, I'd recommend updating the GPU driver from the manufacturer's website. Also, install the OS updates.
