I have vector issue in after effects...(editing cartoon video)

Well i dont know whats wrong with my after effects2021 or its about my mid-low spec laptop but whenever i upload avatar the last airbender clip which is mov eventho vector quality is pretty nice in my "movies" app or litteraly any video player before i import ae right after importing  vectors are getting cracked/pixelated(especially when they talk)

  and this one in after effects (doesnt matter if i delete adjustment layers or anything it looks this way always)⬇️

  Just zoom to girls mouth in both photos...

PREVIEW AND COMP SET TO FULL. Quality and sample is in "line" one

6gb ram with athlon gold (render takes around 10-15 min for 30sec clip i dont really add lots of adj layers tho)

if someone could help me i would be greateful🫶🏽🙌
