I just can't preview anything within After Effects.

Hello,I have trouble to work with the After effects. I just can't preview anything within After Effects.The timeline stucking all the time at the same position.I tried evrything I could to improve the performance like to work on a quarter, close all other application, remove the heavy effect, do the right project settings, update the software and to have the update version of After effects.Can please anyone give any advice?Thank you!The characteristics of my laptop are:Processor: 2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GBIntel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Blind troubelshooting is very difficult.

WIthout knowing any details about th eproject all anyone can give you is general suggestions.

2 - Does this happen on all comps or just a specific one?

3 - Do you have a problem is you change the work area nd try to preview another part of your timeline.

4 - Do you have a problem if you try to render the comp?
