I just got after effects and when I was trying to open it this popped up. Please help!

Was After Effects downloaded via the Creative Cloud app from Adobe?

You were trying to open an AEP project file using the Boris FX Saphire bundle. You could have also improperly tried to install the effects bundle.

I never tried to install the bundle this was my first time ever opening after effects.
