I just installed Cinema 4D R24.111, but it can't render in Adobe Media Encoder.

bro, I just installed Cinema 4D R24.111, but it can't render in Adobe Media Encoder. What's the cause? because before installing Cinema 4D there was no problem rendering in the media encoder for MP4 format. please advise 🙏
