I lost all my after affects projects

I was editing when I got a blue screen saying my PC needed to restart when I loaded back up and relaunched after effects it came up with an error and like 5 times I kept pushing ok and when I got onto after affects nothing is there, I just spent 3 hours on an edit pls someone help

What do you mean by "lost all my projects"? While clearly the one you were working on may be gone and damaged, the backup files and others should still be on your disk.
