I lost the toolbar thingy at the top

Idk what happened but I was using after effects and it stopped giving me the toolbar where it would say go home. I tried resetting the app and restarting my computer but it's not there. I am on a mac. YOu can see on the top that it doesn't have anything like going home or saving or adding text. IM SO CONFUSED.
