Impossible to say much, but most of the time this comes down to the anchor point not being centered correctly or the artwork being scaled, which in the latter case could even be as trivial as a wrong pixel aspect raio. anyway, just showing us the result isn't that useful. You need to provide info on your composition setting, the footage items used and show us then relevant properties in the timeline twirled open.
