Hi there! I need a version of AE that will work on my Catalina 10.15.7 iMac, I can't download any version older than 2023.

Adobe only officially supports one previous version of their software, and since the latest version does not support Catalina, there is currently no way to download any version of After Effects from the Creative Cloud app.
