There are many effects and glows going on in that link.  Could you post some screenshots of what you're specifically trying to recreate?

    Thank you for your reply . At the position from the 12th second to the 14th second, the light effect suddenly fills the entire screen and then disappears. I don't know how to achieve this.

    I think that's most likely a lens flare, probably one of Video Copilot's Optical Flares.  The way its edges blend, suggests it has been set to Add or maybe Color Dodge as its transfer mode.

    Its brightness has been keyframed to fill the screen, then fade back out.

     

    If you don't have Optical Flares, then you could use an oval, white shape with a wiggle edges effect and CC Radial Fast blur to get something similar looking.
