I NEED HELP. hello I am a new user of this program and when I want to insert a video of any format, it does not leave me. Please help

Reinstall the program, check the hardware acceleration settings, update your system's graphics driver. This happens when hardware acceleration is not working correctly or the CoDecs are messed up.

Please provide more information.  What format videos have you attempted to import?  Where are the video files sourced?  At what point in the import process do you get the error message?
