I need Help please! How to convert baked keyframes back to bezier curve in After Effects

Select all of the key frames then right click on one of them go to key frame assistant and choose the keyrame type that you want.

You can't. You have to duplicate the layer, delete the keyframes and then approximate the baked result by tweaking  from scratch.
