I need help with a double sided rotating photo...

Hello there, I'm new to After Effects and expect there's an easy answer to this.

Basically I'm trying to created a 15 second clip that features a rotating double sided business card. I'd like the card to rotate 3 times on the landscape 'y' axis. What's the best way to do this please?

I've figured out how to rotate a 3D image but I can't get the back image in place or rotating at the same time as the front. I've watched a few videos on YouTube but none seem to be able to help. 

Any advice much appreciated. Thank you
