I need to export a horizontal video for a screen which hangs vertical on the wall

Is there a way to create the video content vertical as is has to be shown and then export it horizontal (rotated 90 degree) for the screen?

The most simple way to create a rotated video is to create a new composition, put the main-composition in it as layer an rotate the layer +90 or -90 degree.

 

If you want to transform a video aspect ration from horizontal to vertical or the opposite you'll rather have to transform every single layer for best fit.
