I need to learn a new program but i'm not sure which

I'm an invitation/brand designer specifically for events. I do logos and graphics, mainly in Illustrator, plus a little photoshop and InDesign. 

I would love to add some special effects to my invitations, e.g have them sliding out a virtual envelope, or have some sparkles, or music in the background. I am not sure where to start with this, I'd appreciate any advice.
