I replaced footage but there are still color bars overlayed on top

I'm working on a project that originated on a Mac. I uploaded the entire project file to Google Drive and then downloaded it at home to work on my PC. When I opened the project, AE couldn't locate the files, so I replaced them with what was downloaded from Google Drive. After all of that there is still a Overlay of Color Bars on top of my project. I can't figure out how to remove them. All of the files have been reconnected.

Is this a Mac to PC issue or something?

Check everything in the Project Panel. If you find a file that shows color bars in the thumbnail try a right-click>Reveal in Finder (explorer) and see if there is anything there. If the source file in the Project Panel does not show a preview then it is not properly linked. This should have nothing at all to do with incompatible file types or Mac vs Windows.

You can also expand the Project Panel by selecting it and pressing Tilda (~) and check the columns for file location:

Thank you so much for the response! Had to come into the office this morning but I will try this and update as soon as I get back home.
